Evidence Required
To request a replacement, customers must provide:
- A complete unboxing video.
- Clear photographs of the issue.
- Photos of the original packaging.
Failure to provide the required evidence may result in rejection of the claim.
Size Exchanges
Please carefully check the size chart before placing your order.
We do not offer free returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Personal preference.
- Change of mind.
Customers wishing to order a different size must place a new order at their own expense.
