Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive a product with a printing defect.
- You receive a wrong product different from what you ordered.
All claims must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date.
Required Proof
To process your refund request, you must provide:
- A clear unboxing video recorded while opening the package.
- Photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
- Photos of the original packaging and shipping label.
Without sufficient evidence, refund requests may be rejected.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Color variation due to screen settings.
- Minor variations that do not affect product functionality or appearance.
- Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed.
- Prepaid orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be issued through bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Lost Shipments
If an order is confirmed as lost during transit by the shipping carrier, a refund or replacement may be provided after verification.
